Worst contractor experience we have ever had. Do your reserach and check references, check the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List. Spend a little more and get a good contractor.
Description of Work: Hired Royal Garage Builders to build a three car garage. Work was poor and unprofessional. Concrete work did not meet minimum code requirements and was flagged by the city building inspector. Worst concrete work I have ever seen. Garage door openings weren't poured to the correct size. Sidewalk wasn't poured to correct dimensions and not centered on doorway. Seemed like the sub contractor didn't own a tape measure, or know how to use one. Fired Royal Garage Buildera after the shoddy concrete work and they refused to fix it. Afterwards the owner of the compant tried to sue us for the balance of the contract.
