Quality Carpet Care

I can not say enough about QCC, Called to say they are on the way, even offered to bring me a coffee!!! Very professional and friendly. I added on a few extra things which they did with out hesitation. My house is sparkling again thanks to Andrew and Preston from Quality Carpet Cleaners. And best of all the owner is a local boy, bringing greatness one job at a time.

I needed several lightly soiled carpets cleaned. The carpets cleaned were 2 bedrooms, 2 hallway runners, 1 living room, 1 large family room 25 X 30. Ron arrived on time as scheduled. He called to let me know he was in route to the house. After estimating the cost, he quickly got to work. He laid a drop cloth on the hard wood floor before laying the hoses into the house. He also had a curtain which sealed the door through which the hoses ran into the house. This kept the frigid winter air out of the house. His truck contained all the water needed to clean the carpets. It also stored the dirty water coming out of the house. Ron was very knowledgeable about numerous and varied carpet cleaning issues. Fortunately my carpet was less than 2 years old and did not require advanced cleaning strategies. He moved all of the furniture except for the beds as I requested. All of the furniture feet were blocked. The carpet looked great when he finished. One noticeable difference from when I used Stanley Steamer was that the cleaned carpet was not as wet. He said he takes pride in extracting as much water from the carpet as possible. He said he can do this because he does not rush. I would not hesitate in recommending Quality Carpet Cleaning to anyone for their carpet cleaning needs.
