Description of Work: Hired to mow ,weed and patch backyard and perimeter grass areas. Sent out two inexperienced workers who were supposed to bag the cuttings (but did not bring the bagger attachment). So they attempted to rake the cut grass by hand (Failed). Then they didn't show up when scheduled due (supposedly )to a broken blade on their mower. Pro's would have a spare, don't you think ? The "manager" was to have them return to finish the job, but neither he or they ever did. Difficult to get hold off, and not professional in their work or customer service. Would not recommend .

Description of Work: I've had Andy at Property Preservation Practices work on two properties of mine. The work included mowing, weeding, tree trimming, and general clean-up. One lawn was excepotionally overdue and required a long time to tame. He did a great job. I found his work to be exceptionally thorugh and his price to be substantially below the competition. I will continue to use his services through the summer.
