He did a lot of research for a door that would work in my application. He called the technical support for the vendor of the door and worked with them to come up with a solution that would fit for my purpose. Together with him and the install team they were able to get the job done. I identified the door I wanted and they determined it would work with minor changes. They communicated those changes to the install group and it worked great. The fact that they were able to help me with a solution that was not standard was great. I contacted 2 other companies that wold not even help me because it was a custom job. Mid-City helped me so much to order, customize, work how I wanted it to work and make it fit. They went out of their way for me. I don't know if it was so much that they went out of their way for me as he was just willing to work with me. Even one high-end place refused to work with me. Mid-City is fantastic. John Jacobs is who I worked with there and he is great.
