He was VERY persistent getting the old post out of the ground (old post was close to 25 years old and let me tell you, it was really well set in the ground!). He was prompt with his work, fairly priced, and the new fencepost is installed securely and the gate rehung correctly. He was on time, here when he said he would be (it was a 2 or 3 step process to install) and a great guy to talk to."
