Description of Work: I'll tell you what you need to do with Cermak's. First, provide your own detailed design plans and drawings. 2- demand a schedule and set penalties for not meeting the schedule. If he won't do it walk away. | |Signed for a deck install, needed Ray Cermak to design/build the deck, second story of my place. Signed and deposit of $500 on February 26. He kept putting me off until end of May.

+ -1 moreVery well, although the project price doubled when the hill slid down onto Lakeshore Drive despite the agreement that stakes would be driven into the hill to support it. This was not done to my expectations, but I am happy with the end result and would work with Cermak's again.
Description of Work: Contractor services to manage the installation of a new water main by another company, and replace the failing retaining wall on the front of my property.
