Carpet did not even looked like it was vacuumed (husband said they used a small vacuum). When dusting they went around things and some surfaces were totally missed. No follow up call was received.

my sincerest apologies, you didn't get a follow up call. I see you purchased a 4 man hour Groupon. I know they were there the entire time. I assume they ran out of time before cleaning everything.

Robert came out (actually early which was great!) and got back to me with a quote that night. It was the cheapest quote i had received so I emailed him back to make sure it was everything I needed done. He assured me it was. He's coming back over to reassure me things will be done to get the house ready to sell. While he was doing the estimate we spoke about other projects that I need done and I'll be having him give me a quote on that as well.

I was very pleased. The two-woman team was professional and focused. I asked them to touch every surface in my house, which they did with great thoroughness and attention to detail. I have set up return visits every four weeks.
Description of Work: Last Friday was my first time and trial run for this fine cleaning service. I needed a "deep clean" of my house (4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths) and partner Tammy did a prior walk through with me and took notes of my requirements.
