Went on Groupon for a deal. Got a call in morning and was told they do not have that deal but she could give me 2 hours for so much money. I told her it showed $119 plus a extra 25% for 4 man hours of house cleaning at checkout. I felt she didnt want me to go thru Groupon. I did not get that. 2 hours.

They were always on time.

workers show up at inconsistant times. they do not show up to work with materials needed for the job. every day they had to leave to go shopping. it was just a wooden fence. all materials should have arrived on job site the first day. it was quoted a 4 day job. It took 6 days. workers did not stay on task.

They did an amazing job. They say they fix things as if it is their own home...and they mean it! I would recommend them to anyone for anything.

The rep from Brecht was very conscientious in installing a wall-hung TV cabinet/shelf and doing an IKEA cabinet frame assembly. He took extra care to be sure the TV cabinet was solid and safely affixed to the wall. However I discovered after he'd left that the backing panel was mounted upside-down and I couldn't correct it without taking the whole unit off the wall, so I guess I'll be working on correcting that little issue somehow because it shows. Also, he was an hour late arriving, but he called about 30 mins prior to his scheduled arrival time to let me know he was running late. He was polite and professional.

Overcharged.

This company was hired by us to paint our deck with two different colored solid stains. The job was sloppy. Parts of the deck were not painted, dark stain put on light stain, The person putting on stain dead not do it the way we requested, and was Staining when it was 95° outside causing the stain to dry too quickly and not adhere well to the board. After I contacted the company they sent another man out to touchup and correct the matter. We were gone when the second man was there and we came home our deck was just slightly improved. They were still paint smears, missed spots etc.. We became so disgusted that we are going to do the final corrections and touchups ourselves. Rob tried to make things correct but if you send out someone to do a job and is sloppy then send someone else which is not much better,We do not want the same people back. Dealing with the Rob the manager was fine but he needs to make sure Employees know what they are doing.

I spent months looking for a responsible company to do some drywall work. I was having no luck til I ran into Brecht's. Professional, quality work, quick response, fair prices and customer satisfaction. Is my best description. Looking forward to getting more of the "Honey Do List" completed with the help of Brecht Cleaning.

They did a terrible job of finishing the drywall. There were ridges everywhere. I need more of this work done as we have several apartment buildings but I would never hire them again
