+ -1 moreHe arrived early for the appointment. He and I thoroughly went over the scope of work and he asked a number of pertinent questions and left me his business card. He replied within one week by e-mail with a cost estimate of labor and materials.

+ -1 moreTim is very professional and provided an accurate timeline for how long it would take to complete the job, and did an excellent job communicating the schedule and any changes to it that needed to be made. His crew was very clean, friendly, and conscientious. The resulting job was very professional, and met my expectations. They also did a very good job cleaning the site when they were done. I would highly recommend Austin Masonry.
Description of Work: Austin Masonry rebuildt several chimney boxes for me on my home. These chimneys had been leaking water for many years, and the substructure had become rotten and in poor condition. They removed the existing chimneys and structure, reframed the chimney boxes, and they placed river rock onto the framing to finish the chimneys..
