Description of Work: This company re-roofed a commercial building I recently purchased. Once the rainy season was upon us, obvious leaks became apparent. Called All-Pro who seemed vague and elusive, saying they would look up their "paperwork" and call back. Two calls on my part produced nothing from them. We then called a reputable roofer who took photos and showed us that the roof was installed completely incorrect, causing water to flow in the wrong direction, causing water seep into nail holes they created. The materials were sub-standard and All-Pro "skimped" on materials, leaving gaping areas for water to penetrate the roof. We are now having to completely re-roof and All-Pro won't return calls.

+ -1 moreThe contract was signed on October 8, 2012 the initial tradesmen assigned were unable to tuck-point in a manner that looked professional. After our observations and a months loss of good weather on November 9, 2012 another tuck-pointer took over the job while we like his work he had recently got back into the business and did not have all the tools necessary to do the job. And he did not always timely anticipate the need for supplies as a result I ended up lending my tools and ended up going out for supplies when they ran out in the middle of the day. I believe that if they had had all the necessary tools and had coordinated better with the contractor the job could have been done in two weeks not four weeks. The work was completed on December 17, 2012 we are very satisfied with the tuck-pointing. But it felt like for two months we were under siege. A Chicago firm would have got it done in a week including sealing which was not done and which could not be done in forty degree weather. However wind blew threw all five glass block window until I foamed them (temporary repair). I pointed this out to the installer the day he was installing the windows and he refused to put mortar on the inside of the windows which would have prevented the air leaks. I will fix this myself in the spring. Note the contractor offered to remedy this issue when picking up his final check but since mortar would have to be chipped out around the newly installed windows I feared that one of the windows would get broken in the process and after two plus months of ALL-PRO I had enough.
Description of Work: The entire house was tuck-pointed this included grinding out old mortar and replacing it with mortar that was colored to complement the 1938 bricks the job had many challenges including repairs to the old chimney. The contract included the installation of three basement glass block and two other glass block windows were installed.

+ 0 moreThey were always very good about stopping what they were doing and talk to me for a min. That was one of my big things to ask what are you doing and why are you doing it. They did a very good job at coming on time and some were there before the time and before I got off work. The owner of the company came out the day they finished. They would have had it done in a couple of days but it rained on us so it took about a week. He came and made sure everything was A ok before they left.
Description of Work: I used All Pro Construction to have a deck built. they called our house with a marketing techniques to see if we needed any construction done. I had been calling all kinds of places and couldn't find anybody to do it in my price range. Everybody wanted, for what I wanted about $7000.00. I had a barn built for under $4000.00. I said my god, how come I cant get this done? They were here less then a month ago and they did have to move my flat stones on a sidewalk while they did it. Where I wanted it I had this great big brier bush. I thought to myself, it took me, my daughter and a car to move this thing the year we put in in there. I thought I would have to find someone to move this for me so they could get it clear to build it there. He said don't worry about that I will get someone to come move it anywhere you want. He would have done all the plants that were there but I told him I only needed the one I couldn't move. The price was excellent I thought. It was a 16*18 deck. Our patio is made of brick on the side of our house and we picked up that brick and built the deck on the back of our house.
