It has been very good. They are very quiet and leave the bill on the door with out bothering me. I really notice a difference. My grass looks wonderful and the weeds are all gone.

They come when I am not home, do whatever they have to do and make the grass look green. They are right there even when I am not home.

The tech is very polite, lets me know that he is here and lets me know what he has done.

There were some issues. They sent me a postcard with schedules on them and I wanted them to call before they came and that was about the only issue I had. I liked they service. The price was a good price comparing to the competitors. They were worth dealing with because of that.

They do not follow their word. They told me I would have unlimited calls, but every time I called them because they didn't kill the weeds, they counted that as my next call. I canceled their service because they did not do what they say they would do. They were very apologetic when they found out they were losing me as a customer.

I'm not sure that their product does the job that I thought it would do. They were always here when they said they would be here.

The lawn care was great. I have flowering bushes and they do not feed the bushes with a probe anymore and I was disappointed that they wouldn't do that.

We used this company for several years and were very happy with their service until their prices went too high. Their service was comparable to other competitors except for their higher price.

I have used them for three years. I was using another company and was not happy so I switched to Tru Green. They are very professional and very responsive. I would use them again in the future.

I have been using them for a while. They will treat my yard while I am gone and will leave comments on who did the treatment and advice on what to expect. They are very informative and thorough.

Getting through to customer service was difficult. I had to try 3 times (once was told to call back when they were less busy and I was unable to leave a message, once I was disconnected after being on hold for several minutes, and the 3rd time, it took 10 minutes on hold to get through). I was told they'd fallen behind and were still doing aerations into mid-June if I wanted it, but I declined. It was interesting that they didn't hesitate to call until they got my money, but then didn't contact me about falling behind.

The yard never improved over what I was able to do on my own. They said that the area's that grass would not grow well was do to the fact it was in the shade. Yet I have areas on the property that are in the shade 24/7 365 days a year and the grass was in very good condition. They told me on aeration and seeding would correct this problem. They were instructed to make sure they did not get seed in the flower and mulch beds. They assured me that this would not be a problem but they failed to keep the seed out of the beds. And did not make an effort to correct there mistake.

Last year I asked for an additional ONE-TIME treatment. They included it in my yearly service for this year. I asked to quit the service and was hung up on!!!! I am now on holding waiting to again attempt to cancel their service. OH ME.

Scott is very reliable and hard-working. I can count on him to do thorough job. He is also honest, if the grass doesn't need cutting one week, he will let me know rather than just do work that isn't needed. He really cares about the job and he is a very nice guy.

When we first watched the commercial for Scott's on TV, we didn t really believe that what they said was true. They said that your neighbors won t believe the green quality of your lawn once you use their service. Well, I am a witness to this fact. My lawn has never looked better. They always come on time, are very professional and clean. I won t use another service.

THEY WERE GOOD BUT EXPENSIVE. THE JOB WAS DONE FAST AND THE WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY SO IT WAS NICE TO HAVE THEM DO THE WORK. IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG FOR THEM TO START THE JOB EITHER AND I REALLY LIKED THAT.

WE'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY EVEN GAVE US A REFUND WHEN WE WERE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH ONE OF THE TREATMENTS. THEY ARE KIND AND COURTEOUS, FAST, AND RELIABLE.

THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY'VE ALWAYS GOT RID OF ALL THE WEEDS IN THE LAWN. I'VE TRIED SEVERAL OTHER COMPANIES AND THIS WAS THE ONE WE STUCK WITH BECAUSE THEY DO THE BEST JOB. THE WORK IS GUARANTEED TOO.

THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND THEY HAVE A GOOD PRODUCT. THEY ALWAYS COME ON TIME, THEY HAVE REASONABLE PRICES, AND I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE WAY MY LAWN LOOKS.

THEY'RE GOOD. MY HUSBAND IS NOT HAPPY BECAUSE HE FINDS WEEDS IN THE GRASS. WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY WILL COME OUT. I HAVE LESS SQUARE FOOTAGE TO SPRAY THAN MY NEIGHBOR AND THEY'RE PAYING THE SAME PRICE AS ME. THEY SHOULD CHARGE ME LESS.

MY MOTHER USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE ME AND NOW I USE THEM. I LIKE THAT THEY DO THEIR JOB WITHOUT ANY INVOLVEMENT ON MY PART. OUR LAWN LOOKS GOOD. I AM ABLE TO ASK FOR OTHER SERVICES THAT ARE GOOD FOR THE LAWN.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE! THE WEEDS ACTUALLY ARE GROWING MORE SINCE THEY SPRAYED, AND THEY'VE NEVER SHOWED UP TO INSPECT. THEY TOLD ME ON THE PHONE THAT THE WEEDS WILL LESSEN THIS FALL, AND THAT MADE ME WONDER WHY I EVEN HIRED THEM.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR A LONG TIME NOW AND HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY SO FAR. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL WHILE THEY ARE OUT AT THE HOUSE. I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE SO FAR.

TRUGREEN'S SO-CALLED FERTILIZER BURNED UP MY LAWN! I CALLED AND TOLD THEM THAT I COULD'VE KILLED IT MYSELF FOR A LOT LESS MONEY, AND THEY JUST TREATED ME LIKE I WAS STUPID.

WELL, MY LAWN DOES LOOK GREENER, BUT THERE ARE MORE WEEDS THIS YEAR THAN EVER BEFORE. THEY DID COME OUT AND SPRAY FOR WEEDS FOR NO CHARGE, AND THE GUY TOLD ME IT'S BEEN A HUGE YEAR FOR WEEDS, SO I'LL GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE.
