Terrible. We wouldn't even the salesman back on our property after we complained the first. We called and left messages and my husband emailed them. They would not call us back and fix the problem. We were overcharged for a terrible home improvement.

Signed the work order in September. The cover wasn't ready until early December. The entire job only took four days to complete. The cover had leaked during the first rain. They came out the next day and repaired all leaks. Very satisfied.

The doors and the shutters are mismatched in color. Yes, I chose the color from "chips". Could not the salesperson tell me that they would clash and I was making a wrong choice? I have since hired another contractor to paint shutters color of doors so everything will match. To say I am perturbed is an understatement. The sales person of Trim a seal got his sale, even though it was mismatched shutters and doors, but the customer (me) did not get what I wanted. I have to undo what I just bought and pay out another $10000 to have my shutters and doors match. Something is not right with this picture.

The people at Trim A Seal are great !!! Their product is superior and the service is too ! From Ryan the sales person to Deb the go-to woman to Rodney the installer, all of the people at Trim A Seal are a great group who are easy to work with. Even when the manufacturer misrepresented the color on the security door, the owner, Howard, drove four hours to the manufacturer to insure the error was not made again and took care of the problem in a highly professional manner. I can't say how pleased I am with their service and subsequent follow ups to be sure I am happy. The doors are secure and beautiful and the gutters they sold me are the best ! No more cold breezes in my entryways nor icicles of death hanging over my door for years and years to come !

Had Gutter Helmet installed on our home a couple years ago, havent had to think about my gutters since. Get a lot of compliments on the way it looks and functions just as described. Had some windows replaced this spring, very happy. Again, sales rep and staff were friendly and HONEST. Refreshing to see. Will be using them again in the future.

After my initial unfavorable review, I was contacted by a company representative that was nothing but apologetic and genuinely interested in making the problems I identified right. As a result, all problems with the initial install have been corrected. I am very pleased with the finished product. Although regrettable that the initial problems occurred, the end result to me is a company that genuinely cares about the service they deliver. I would definitely recommend Trim-A-Seal to anyone.

Salesman gave us discounted price on door, and sale price on other work we want them to do in near future. We had workman here installing door, and he spent entire time working with maybe a 5 minute break. He arrived on time, was polite, a good worker, and did an excellent job on our door. Where we once had air leaking around the door, it is now solid and much safer than original door. We highly recommend this company!

I didn't have any problems with them. The pricing was fair.

I called him about the quote and he explained it was only for a portion of the building. I thought the pricing was pretty high for that portion only. I thought the quote was poorly written up.They quoted $2600 for the entire building. I have known these guys for years. I had no problem scheduling the quote.

Called and made an appointment with this company for some new windows. Set up an appointment and the salesman was on time and very nice. He helped us figure out what kind of windows we wanted because they did carry a bunch of makes. Anyway they were a little high price wise but we decided to use them because they had great reviews on here and they seemed like a good company. Low and behold 6 weeks later we got our windows installed and love them. They are great, look amazing, and are energy efficient. Will def. use again for other projects we need done. I also felt that unlike a few other contractors we had out I felt like they didn't try to sell us on THEIR product. They straight asked us what we wanted and were looking for and helped us narrow down window manufacturers based on what we were looking for. So very satisfied and my wife loves the new look of the house too.

After receiving a below average review from me on a gutter job that they were unable to complete, the owner was bending over backwards to try to make me a satisfied customer. We no longer needed our gutters serviced by them so we decided on some trim work which they discounted heavily. The gentleman they sent out to do this other job did fabulous work. Very meticulous. He was a couple of hours late (and didn't call) and we ended up leaving before he finished but they let us pay for it later. I am extremely pleased with this job. Thanks Angie!

Complete siding and gutter project on 2200 sq. ft ranch. Bid to three contractors. This was the highest bid by OVER $9,000 or about 30%. Make certain you bid your job!!11

Set up an appointment with the secretary sandy who was very nice and tentative to my needs. Had the salesman come out Drew who was great very thorough and his years in the business really helped up make out decision. They not only had sunsetters but also had aluminum awnings and patio covers so we had lots of options to choose from. Took a little bit longer than we would have liked for install but the awnings are custom. Installer that came out was holland who was a great very clean guy showed us who to use everything step by step and cleaned up his mess before he left. We love our awning looks great and overall the company was great and is family owned.

I found them very efficient. They were very competent and their office has great customer service. It was a very pleasant experience.

The contract stated the work would be completed between JUNE 12 and JUNE 26. When we hadn't heard from them by approximately June 23, we called and they set up installation for June 30, in the afternoon. They called at 1:15 that afternoon to tell us 1) that they wouldn't be able to make it because someone called off and 2)THAT THE GUTTERS THAT WE ORDERED AND GAVE THEM $500 FOR A MONTH AND A HALF AGO ARE NOT EVEN AVAILABLE!!!! ORDER CANCELLED! We're back to where we were mid-May and every time it rains, our front walk which we had repaired in June in anticipation of the new gutters, is sinking just a little bit more...

Company didn't get $5000.00 awning put on correctly, when heavy rain it leaked into our outside light, very dangerous. TAS tried to repair 3 times, needed a roofer. TAS let roofer correct the problem and TAS paid roofer for service. Problem solved.

I would recommend him highly. He was the best bidder, best price. The work he did was excellent exceedingly. He also exceeded our expectations. The clean-up afterwards, you would have never known that they did anything. We were very pleased. I would give them the highest rating and would use them again in a heartbeat. They also showed up on time and that is what I am looking for with contractors. If they say they are going to be there at 8am, be there at 8am. Don't show up at one o'clock and don't call me, don't let me know. For these things, I take days off from work. I burn vacation days or sick days and that really irritates me because I am using up my precious time and the least that you can do is to call me and let me know if you had a delay. Just do what you say and these guys got here when they said they are going to be here. They also came within their quote.

It went OK. I had hoped to get an estimate on replacing our gutters, which I did. It was kind of a side note to a sales pitch on the gutter shield services offered by the company. I hadn't anticipated a sales talk and it took a little more time than I would have liked.

They removed two metal windows, that were built inside the bricks of my older model home. They installed new windows.

The installers were very polite and professional. They explained everything that they were going to do before they did it. They walked the perimeter of the house to make sure no other areas of the house needed their attention before leaving. The product looks wonderful and the installation looks wonderful as well. The installers went above any beyond the call of duty. I will use again.
