Founder Larry Weiss opened the first location in 1950 with the goal of providing exceptional service, outstanding workmanship, and quality products at affordable prices. Description of Work: I HAD WIND DAMAGE. THE AWNING THAT WAS ON MY FRONT PORCH WAS TERRIBLY MANGLE FROM THE WIND. THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BETTER REINFORCED THE NEW AWNING ACCORDING TO THEIR STANDARD WHICH THEY DID BUT I THOUHGT THEY DID NOT LOOKING AT THE JOB. AFTER TALKING TO THE INSTALLER THEY SENT BACK HE SAID HE COULD BRACE BETTER BUT IT WOULD COST MORE. I HAD THE WORK DONE BUT WHAT I DID NOT LIKE WAS THEY COULD HAVE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE WITH THE ADDITIONAL WORK TO TURN INTO THE INSUEANCE FOR THE AWNING. |

Description of Work: This was only a repair of a previous installation. The repair was need from painters. Only complaints -- long time wait for service had tree seed pods in gutters which they did not agree to remove even though they had warranted removal of things getting in gutters.

Description of Work: They came out this summer and we spend about $1,000.00. Due to a bad wind storm some shingles came loose in January. They came out and took off the gutter helmet so that a company could come and re-attached the shingles. They do good work and they do take care of the gutters that become stopped up. If they put up the gutters they have a lifetime garentee; and they would like to be the ones to clean them out. They didn't do the installation of the gutters just right, but the manager game out and stepped up fixed them and took care of the stopping up due to pine needles. We are happy with them. I like that it keeps me from having to climb up on the roof to clean the gutters for many years.

Your Gutter Helmet will always come with a lifetime-transferable warranty and no clog / no overflow guarantees. If you ever have any problems, you can call us at any time, as this is a lifetime product and the idea is for you to never have to worry about your gutters again. If a re-install is ever needed, the main reason we ask to be the ones to do it is because the installation can be very intricate depending on the pitch of your roof, and we don't want to void any shingle or Gutter Helmet warranties. Remember, we do many other things and be sure to look out for icicles or ice damming this winter because we now can convert your Gutter Helmet to Helmet Heat in those areas!
