Description of Work: Came to home to evaluate flooring. Promised to send estimate. Never received. Claims they emailed, but I never saw anything and I am pretty good about checking all my emails, including junk mail.

Description of Work: They were scheduled to come give a written estimate. I had a very small window of availability for this and had made them aware of the situation. They called the day before the appointment and cancelled. Told me if i sent them the measurements they would send me a quote. Unimpressed.

Description of Work: We just love the outcome of the work they did!! We had three bedrooms, hall, and living room floors refinished. They are timely and professional, not to mention the did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

Description of Work: Our German Sheppard, 12 years old, became ill and was loosing bladder and bowel control. She was so attentive and happy we couldn't let her go yet. So, we decided that to keep her longer we would have to replace all carpeting in our family room, dining room and living room with hardwood. This company was so sympathetic and kind, understanding our needs. Not only was the work performed to our exact specifications, but they were so neat and tidy!!

 + -1 moreRoland came out promptly to give me an estimate, and started the work within four days. He asked exactly what I wanted done and I told him and he did just that. He called me to come to the house to see what I wanted to do about a stain that would not come out of my floor and we figured out what to do together. He ended up having to stain the floor and then put three coats of poly on, which only took three days to do the complete job. When I saw my floors I was in awe. He did a beautiful job. I couldn't have asked for more. We did have two nicks in my baseboards but overall I am very pleased.

 + -1 moreI COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW NICE THE FLOOR LOOKED WHEN THEY WERE ALL DONE PUTTING IT IN. IT LOOKS JUST LIKE IT DID IN THEIR DISPLAY ROOM. I'M ACTUALLY THINKING OF DOING THE REST OF THE HOUSE THE SAME WAY NOW.

 + -1 moreTHEY WORKED QUICKLY. THEY WERE VERY NEAT WITH THEIR WORK AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING FIT TOGETHER RIGHT. THEY CLEANED UP THE ENTIRE MESS BEFORE THEY LEFT AND HAULED ALL THE FLOORING AWAY.
