Excellent - came next day - complete replacement took a few minutes over an hour - installer was professional and did not waste any time - price was good and cost a few dollars less than the estimate. Would highly recommend this company.

This experience was fantastic. I called on a Wednesday evening and they would have scheduled someone the next day, if I had been available. Instead, we agreed on Friday. They told me to call at 9 am to find out if I was on the schedule for morning or afternoon. I did that and they set me up for morning and told me the service person would call half an hour before he came. That would give me time to get from work to home, so I didn't lose an entire morning waiting. I got the call at 10 and Jim got there at 10:30 and was finished by 11:30. He saw immediately what the problem was, replaced the springs, and the aging weatherstripping. He showed me how to lube the door and the springs and was pleasant and courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Overhead Door Company of Northwest Indiana to anyone and everyone in need of garage door work or garage door openers.

I left a message with their answering service Sunday night. As requested, they returned my call first thing Monday morning. A tech was sent out immediately and began work before 10am. He had everything fixed and straightened within an hour. I noticed their attention to detail in making sure everything was perfect. Bent rails were perfectly reformed and ice was cleared up where there could have been problems. It would have been very easy to rush this job since it was 0 degrees outside. This is not my first time using this company and have had them out to service broken springs at a previous home as well as recommending them to family members. Service is always outstanding and I'm never in fear of getting gouged on price.

They're good. The actual work, the garage door works the best than it ever had. It has the nice nylon rollers on the doors, so it goes up and down very quietly. He had it all sealed up. I thought I could live out there in the garage because it's all sealed up from the weather outside. He swept up my garage. He did everything great. He was very accommodating. He was very communicative. He did an excellent job. I would use them again if I ever needed a new garage door.

Price on the garage door was just a little higher than other estimates received. The cost of service door was astronomical.

It went fine. These people were very nice. They was a mix up on time and they came back from Valpo. tol take care of my door. I don't think they would have had to do that, they could have rescheduled, but did not. Again I have no problem with you using my review, but do not want my name on a list that anyone who logs in can see. THe provider you can give my name.

The door was really nice. They were most helpful with selecting the right door. They made it very personal so I could see what it would actually look like on my house. They had photo shopped pictures so we could choose the door which looked the best. They also held up differnt colors next to the paint so we could pick the perfect color. I thought that was the best part. The price was what I thought it would be or even less. So far there have been no issues and everything works well. They were very professional, and came right away when I called. I waited a couple weeks for them to actually install the door, but that is only because they order each door to be made specially from Wisconsin.

As a surprise, my brother contracted Overhead Door Company of Northwest Indiana to replace my broken garage door and opener. He was there during the installation and said he could not have asked for a more professional, top notch job than what was provided. It's been several months since the installation and there has not been a single problem. I would definitely use again and recommend to others.

The repair went well. The technician explained what went wrong and what he needed to do. He was done in 30 minutes. He also performed a check and lubrication of the door assembly. I was pleased with his work and helpful attitude.

The technician was fast, friendly, and professional and I will absolutely be calling Overhead Door for my garage door needs in the future. Given the situation I was in, I was very satisfied with the price as well. Additionally, they came out the same morning I called, and I was very relieved to have the problem resolved so promptly.

Showed up when they said and was on time. Took old door down and hauled away and installed the new door. Was done within 3 hours which was great. The guy was very pleasant and answered all my questions.

Contacted Overhead Door to replace existing opener. The service tech also adjusted door to eliminate bind (jamb) when door closed.

I WANTED THE SAME GARAGE DOOR THAT I HAD BEFORE SO THEY LOOKED AROUND UNTIL THEY FOUND ONE. THEY MADE SURE THAT THIS ONE WOULD NOT BREAK LIKE THE OTHER ONE DID, WHICH MAKES ME VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY THIS COMPANY WORKS.

OVERHEAD DOOR IS GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE, AND I THINK THAT THEY ARE A NATIONWIDE COMPANY. THEY'RE FAST, EFFICIENT, AND USUALLY VERY PUNCTUAL.

THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING THE ENTIRE TIME SO THAT I KNEW WHAT TO LOOK FOR IF I EVER HAD A PROBLEM AGAIN. THEY WERE JUST GREAT ABOUT GETTING IT FIXED QUICKLY AND PAINLESSLY.
