+ -1 moreTHEY WERE NOT VERY COOPERATIVE AT THIS BRANCH. IT TOOK THEM A LONG TIME TO GET THE JOB DONE AND ONE OF THE MANAGERS WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL. THE REGULAR EMPLOYEES SEEMED TO BE OKAY, THOUGH. THEY NEVER DID GET THE COLOR TO WHAT IT WAS MEANT TO BE.
Description of Work: THEY REUPHOLSTERED A RECLINER FOR ME. I HAD PURCHASED IT ABOUT SIX MONTHS EARLIER AND THE COLOR STARTED TO FADE. THE LEATHER WAS DETERMINED TO HAVE BEEN A BAD BATCH.
