+ -1 morePerfectly. The technician, arrived on time and set to work. found we needed to replace the bathroom faucet which he did in no time. Also, the cold water heater union w/Dielectric union replaced the old poorly designed connection No one else wanted to tackle this job. Bob did the repair flawlessly .
Description of Work: Replaced faucet in bathroom sink, replaced cold water heater union with Dielectric Union & Shutoff.

+ -1 moreWe had a clog in the pipes under our home, and I sought quotes from 2 companies. I contacted the first, which was not Downing. They couldn't come out for 5 days, and our sinks were backing up. I then contacted Downing. They were out the next day, totally fixed the problem with lots of attention to detail, checking all possibilities with the pipes. The price was reasonable and the workers polite and hardworking. Would definitely use them again, and would easily recommend them to family and friends! Less
