sometimes you think something will be what you order to have done for me i wanted to get a quote for all new install for an old house so every is not clay tiles.i failed to get a quote for that but i still wanted to have my existing sewer rodded but could not get that done without having a new cleanout installed. on this old house. that alone is over twice the amount and that don't include nor does it solve my needs.i have to wait longer to have that done because parts are needed.i have to reschedule a new appointment with downing and good news they will not charge me again for the service call that i already payed since they need to call again.

Project was completed in short order and at a price slightly lower than I had been quoted by another service. The person who did the work was easy to work with and friendly.

Hired to install underground gas line to pool and garage. They were very courteous and professional. Cleaned up the job site well. The pipe work was a little sloppy (terminations were not plumb coming out of ground and garage termination was secured with metal straps instead of a nice pipe clamp)but they didn't hesitate to make it right and they did. The installer did over engineer the project by running 2 individual lines which unnecessarily added to the cost but the bldg inspector says all was done within code. The one thing I felt could have been done better was communication by the installer regarding where and how they would set the pipe terminations. Partly my fault for not being proactive and asking, partly there's for not asking where I wanted them and how. These guys are not cheap but overall they corrected any issues I had and were professional. I leak checked everything and installed the pool heater. All is good and we are happy.

Corey our plumber was terrific; he came out within an hour of our online request. Fixed our problem and was extremely professional and courteous. I have already recommended Downing Plumbing.

The plumber came out immediately. Quickly assessed the problem with our ejector pump and had it repaired within minutes of his arrival. Couldn't be happier with the service.

THE COST OF THE SERVICE SEEMED TOO HIGH FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIME SPENT CLEARING A CLOGGED DRAIN PIPE.
