The first plumber sent out did a poor inspection of the job and the plumbing job was completely unsatisfactory. Called to complain the same day and a new plumber came out the next day. Money refunded from first job and competent satisfactory job completed by more experienced plumber.

Our repairman was local to,our area, very efficient, did a good job replaced a kitchen faucet. He cleaned up after he finished. Will call him again and have already referred him to our daughter in law. We were charged $210 as opposed to a local company that quoted $500 to replace a faucet we had already purchased.

Fast and friendly, fixed a clog drain. I think a little pricey for just rodding, but all in all the work was good and the repairman was good and very satisfied, would definitely hire them again.

on time, very courteous, did explain the job in detail and the estimated cost for performing the project in a timely manner, performed their task efficiently, and cleaned up after the project. This is the 3rd time this year I've used Downing Plumbing, and I can assure you that you'll be quite satisfied if you do too.

Found a leaking outside faucet at my second residence when we went out to close up for the season. Downing made scheduling the repair really easy. They came out on a weekend so we could meet them and get the problem fixed. Was great working with them. Would definitely recommend.

I had the part and had the faucet apart. The repair took 5 minutes and the paper work 10 minutes. The charge $175.00. Can you believe that. I paid it and would never use them again. I can't imagine what a real plumbing problem would cost. NOT RECOMMENDED!
