Downing came to give me an estimate. I asked if they could repair that day and they did! I needed the repairs done asap and they did just that. Very professional. Greg needed a second man who came out and they completed the job. I am VERY satisfied and would call them again if needed and will definitely recommend.

Knowledgeable plumbers and nice guys. Professional work and took the time to answer any questions. They have financing available and even offer discounts if you join their Duck Club (includes yearly plumbing inspection and yearly water heater maintenance). Definitely glad I went with Downing.

The serviceman not only fixed the problem with the faucet leaking but he also showed me another area that would possible show me a serious problem in the future. A pipe that had been installed by someone else was cut very short and was starting to drip. He fixed both problems instead of me having another service call.
