I couldn't of asked for anything better, he called and the next day was here bright and early. The gentleman's name is Corey King and he is extremely professional, he knew exactly what needed to be done and exactly how to fix it. I couldn't say enough about this company and all I know is I'm glad I have an invoice for this company, I won't use anybody else. They do offer senior discount as well.

After the kitchen facet was installed, the pull down novel would not sear properly or at all back into the neck of the faucet. I asked the technician why that was occurring and he said it wasn't due to the way the faucet was installed. I promptly called Moen and sure enough it had to do with positioning of the weight on the hose. It was a good 8" from the white marking on the hose indicating where the weight should be in order for the faucet to set properly. I foolishly paid $258 to this company to install my faucet and they couldn't even figure out a something as simple as moving the weight to where it belonged. Find someone else to do your plumbing.

Had old plumbing in my home that needed to be retro fitted to accommodate my newer dishwasher. Came as scheduled. Very friendly and gave advice. A little pricey, but if your not sure how to fix something with plumbing and your in a pinch, I definitely recommend them.

Three days after I moved into my new how, I lost my hot water. Downing Plumbing sent a technician to home within two hours of my submitting a request to Home Advisor. It appeared that the previous owners never had the water heater serviced. The technician cleaned and tuned up the water heater and it resumed functioning normally.

They worked on 3 separate jobs for me, and their plumbers are rock stars. They did a wonderful work and we were very pleased with them. Outside of a small problem with the girl who works the phones, they were terrific. They replaced a laundry tub, toilet, and some old plumbing. Very good job, I'm very pleased with them
