We hope to not use them again. We had to use comcast because the local phone lines are so bad that we could not use them. Now the lines are improved, but probably not as high quality as Comcast, but we can get service for a fraction of the cost.
Description of Work: The products worked well. Their service is terrible. Communications with them is difficult. We cancelled the service in February and returned their boxes. We get a bill monthly for the service we do NOT have. We finally were able to speak to a person who assured us they would solve the problem yet we continue to get a bill. The last bill was for $600.00 since we dropped their service. Their fees are way out of line.

After the installation ok before installation was not good. The installation itself was not good. they came in to instal TV and internet which was key for me because i work from home.They tested the line for the internet and said you online. I ask "how do you know" He replied "because I tested the line". I am computer savvy and so I hooked up my modem and couldn't keep my internet service up. It took them forever to get back out here to get it working. When they did come back they said its something with the wiring in your house so he had to bring another wire in and left it strung across the floor they also left it across my yard and didn't bury it. They finally did come back out to bury it but I shouldn't have had to call them. The original contractor that came out to install my service, didn't want to do the job because it was late in the evening. I didn't ask it to be in the evening thats when he was scheduled. He was irritated because he still had work to do and it was time to go home. He only did what he had to. He knew I could check my Tv but he also know I couldn't check my internet right then so he just walked out the door. I think they are expensive but I cant switch because they are my only option.
