 + -1 moreWent well, they did a good job. Waited for someone to help me although no one in line. Barely a greeting and no smile or customer service but they were pretty fast at replacing my windshield and did a good job.

 + -1 moreI called Broadway Glass in the morning. They placed an order for my windshield, gave me an estimate for $160, and then called me when the windshield arrived. I drove to their facility that afternoon, and in less than 90 minutes, the job was complete.

 + -1 moreMy appointment was set for before 9am; at 2pm they still never showed up. I called the office 4 times to check the status of my order and each time, they said, the driver didn't answer his phone, we left him a message to contact us, so that we can contact you on a new time frame. They never returned my call. Hopefully they will call me before they close to tell me when it will be installed.

 + -1 moreVery friendly staff. Price was great & exactly as estimated. The junk yard wanted $380.00 for the same glass, not installed! Work was top notch! They had to order my glass, which only took about three hours to get to the store. They promptly called to tell me my glass was there. The actual service only took one hour! Great experience!
