 + -1 moreNot an overly friendly group of guys (probably because of the type of service they provide). Sometimes they are a little stiff in their demeanor. But as a landlord, I have used them multiples times and have been pleased with the quality of their products and the services they provide. Price is a tad high, but they make up for it with their professionalism. Will continue to use them as needed. I've purchased keys and never have had a bad key. They also come out to do lock changes and have done a good job.
Description of Work: made duplicate keys, gave advice on a problem lock, also purchased key-related items in store.

 + -1 moreProject never completed due to company never returning to do the work.
Description of Work: Over four weeks ago we called them to come to our house and estimate the cost to fix a lock on our home. They inspected the lock, showed us the broken part that needed replacing, said they would order the part and return in a few days. After waiting over a week we called them and were told that the part wasn't in yet, wouldn't be in for at least a week. It's now been over four weeks and we haven't heard from them. We won't be dealing with this company again. They never even apologized for the additional wait time, or corrected their original estimate of time.

 + -1 moreI WAS SURPRISED AT HOW QUICKLY THEY GOT THE WORK DONE. THEY GOT RIGHT INTO IT AND REPLACED IT WITHIN AN HOUR. THEY CERTAINLY SEEMED TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WAS QUITE SATISFIED WITH THE EXPERIENCE.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO THE PROBLEM. THIS WAS A SURPRISING EVENT BECAUSE THE CAR WAS FAIRLY NEW. THEY TREATED US WELL AND WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED.
Description of Work: THE LOCK IN THE TRUNK DOOR WOULD NOT WORK. I TOOK THE CAR TO THEM AND THE REMOVED THE LOCK. THEY THEN MADE ME A NEW LOCK AND KEY.
