Better Backyards

Description of Work: We have used this business for a couple of years. But this year our pool required a new liner. That is when the problems began. They quoted us a price of $1000.00 dollars which seemed high as that was with us purchasing the liner. So they told us which liner to get for our 15 x 30 above ground pool. We ordered the liner which took several weeks to get. When it arrives it is not the right liner for our pool. Better Backyards had us order the wrong liner. So luckily the merchant took the liner back and we had to wait several more weeks for the second liner to arrive. In the meantime summer is half over now and we start to question why these pool "experts" don't know pool liners. So we dig up our original paperwork and call the original installer. To our surprise he knows which liner as soon as we tell him the type pool we have and will install for 1/2 of what Better was going to charge us. We wasted almost all our summer because Better doesn't know pools.
