The quote was for $495. This company is well known, and I know they do a lot of commercial alarms as we have them at our office. The employees were nice. I would possibly use them in the future.

Installation was on time and very through with the exception of the overhead garage doors. The doors are original (30 years) and the clearance is very tight. This caused hang ups when opening and closing the doors. After reporting the problem, the company was out the next day and rectified the problem replacing sensors with an alternative type with which there is no problem. The computerized setting activating the time of alarm activation was somewhat short for me and the company adjusted the setting upon my request.
Description of Work: Supplied and installed security system to residence and attached garage. This system includes wireless backup, motion detectors, window and door sensors, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. Fort Knox, baby.

THEIR MONITORING IS VERY GOOD BUT I THINK THE PRICE COULD BE JUST A LITTLE BIT BETTER. THEY ARE GOOD AT RESPONDING TO ALL OF OUR CALLS AND THEY EXPLAIN THINGS WELL WHEN WE HAVE A QUESTION.
Description of Work: THEY CHARGE US 50 DOLLARS EACH MONTH TO MONITOR OUR BURGLAR ALARM SYSTEM.

I APPRECIATE THE CONCERN THIS COMPANY SHOWED US WHEN OUR ALARM SYSTEM STARTED GOING HAYWIRE. THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND WHEN THE SYSTEM SHOWED THAT WE WERE HAVING A PROBLEM AND THEY GOT IT FIXED THE SAME DAY.

I WOULDN'T DESCRIBE THEM AS BEING PERFECT, BUT THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THE PRICE THEY CHARGE FOR MONITORING IS REASONABLE TO ME. THEY CALL US EVERY SIX MONTHS TO DO A TEST OF THE SYSTEM, SO THEY ARE CUSTOMER ORIENTED.
