Lyons Roofing

Jeremy came out and inspected my roof. He was honest and thorough. He told me all the "repairs" were simply cosmetic and put this into a report for the new buyers. I appreciate honest service and companies not just out for money.

Called Lyons out for a leak in the roof, they told us we needed to repair flashing to fix leak. They told us what would take to fix it and it didn't fix it, 2nd time out water test found chimney was leaking, we had to pay for their guesswork. Please review their page on FACEBOOK. Nothing about the chimney was ever mentioned; initially they took our money flat plan and simple. Use them if you have too but I would make sure it's in writing. Called out for a leak, Dan told us the flashing needed replaced, wrote it up to replace the flashing. Now because we took for granted their honor, we get screwed because they gave us an estimate to replace the flashing and didn't mention the leak so now they have an out. Please just watch yourself and get it in writing.
