Mike Geryak is very professional. He made sure that all the roofing options were understood. The work itself went smooth with an experienced crew and Mike stopping by to work throughout the day. Very nice job and happy to have a new roof for the winter.

He brought in a team of very experienced hardwood floor installers and he installed a new front door. Everything went as planned and on schedule. They all minimized the mess and cleaned up thoroughly each day. We are very pleased with the outcome and will definitely call Mike again for out next project. Although he has already updated our bathrooms, kitchen and sun porch. So there may not be anything we need for a long time. We highly recommend Mike Geryak for any home building/repair/improvement/addition.

Mike Geryak brought in Levi Detweiler to build and install new cabinet doors and drawers for out kitchen. Levi and Mike came one time to measure and suggested some great upgrades. Then a few weeks later they came to install everything. The installation took just a few hours and they did a superb job. Everything fits well and looks perfect. Levi matched the cabinet paint perfectly. He also did a good job of cleaning up after they finished. I would highly recommend both gentlemen. Mike has helped us with several remodel projects, but he felt it best to bring in Levi Detweiler, a recognized expert, for the kitchen project. Mike was right. My wife is extremely satisfied and happy with the finished product. So naturally that makes me happy.

Mike did a great job remodeling both our bathrooms. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. He finished one before he started the other. Mike made a lot of very good suggestions and helped steer us in the right direction. He made sure not to dictate choices, but made very good suggestions. We agreed with almost all his suggestions and were very glad he steered us right. Mike has lots of experience in home building and remodeling and knows what works best in certain situations. We had hail damage from a storm earlier in the summer. We called Mike and he came out and explained the process to us. Mike met with the insurance adjuster and worked out a price. We also asked him about some work we were considering outside the scope of what the insurance company covered and he provided us with estimates for this work. We eventually decided to add some gutters and downspouts and insulation for our attic. Mike was very thorough and answered all of our questions. Mike's crew was very professional. They came when they said they would come and the quality of the work was great. I was impressed that Mike worked on the job with his guys. They made sure to clean up at the end of each day. We were happy to recommend Mike to several of our neighbors who saw his crew working and asked us about him.

He is very professional and very attentive. He has visited my house a couple of different times as we looked at some possible work. He had a written proposal. He also then came to the house to follow up with and discuss the particulars.

Mike did an excellent job. He installed an over-the-range microwave and stone backsplash in the kitchen. He remodeled our kitchen about five years ago. In the past he has enclosed a screen porch, installed floor tile, re-roofed our home and painted the exterior. When we need remodeling work Mike is the only one we call. Mike and his crew do it all. He cleaned up everything and did a neat job. He did everything that he said he would do and did a great job.

They gave us a sale price at a patio show and that way if we bought it there, he could come and put it in at that price. He followed up with us after the service. He was wonderful and I would give him the highest rating of anybody.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job of replacing our roof. He removed the old roof down to the wood decking, instpected the wood decking and installed the new roofing material. I was inpressed at the extreme measures he took to make sure everything was done just right. When he finished there was no evidence he had been here, except for the new roof. No damage to the yard or house. He has performed several tasks for us before and we have always been extremely satisfied with the qulity and skill he provides.

He was outstanding! He listened to my needs and worked with me on getting the end product that I wanted. He also gave me some outstanding advice on things I had a few questions about. He was top-notch.

Excellent. Mike and his crew pressure washed and scrubbed the house exterior, replaced wood in a few places, then painted and caulked. He remodeled our kitchen two years ago and did such a good job we knew he was the man for the job. Looks great and no mess.

Initially, Mike responded very quickly, but when he learned multiple people would be bidding on the job, he backpedaled quickly. He gave me an approximate range of what it would cost to rebuild my chimney. Later he wanted me to tell me what others bid so he could "outbid " them. When I gave him a ball park, he never bothered bidding. I tried calling numerous times and only got to talk to him once after the initial visit. The communication was very poor.

I had Mike Geryak write me an estimate to tear off and replace my roof. He told me he was the "Saks Fifth Avenue of Roofing." He said the normal additions he puts on houses is $150,000 (I thought, you're in the wrong neighborhood). He continued to tell me I needed new siding on my house, and a new air conditioner, because the air conditioner was too loud when it was on and the bearings were about to go. His estimate for the roof, was way over other estimates. He was $3000 to $4000 over.

We were very pleased with the work done. All work was done by Mike's crew with the exception of the gutters, downspouts, and the chimney, which were subcontracted. Mike was personally on the job all day every day working along with his crew. The crew was here for seven weeks from start to finish since it was an extensive project. During the critical part of the project when we had the roof off, storms were in the forecast nearly every day. They took every precaution possible to prevent water damage, wrapping our house in giant tarps when necessary. We did not have any water damage or cracked plaster at all. The crew was very professional, personable, and easy to work with. They kept the project free of debris and clutter. Ours was a somewhat complicated project, but we feel that Mike Geryak's crew is capable of handling any project. We highly recommend them.
