I was very pleased with their level of work.

I hired Jim and his crew to tear down the pergola in our back yard, which was recently built by Trent Companies, who did a terrible job. Trent Companies did not follow the architectural design I provided, therefore, I was forced to hire Landmark to rebuild the pergola. Landmark rebuilt the pergola exactly as designed by the architect, and is now as we had hoped, beautiful! I would highly recommend Jim and Landmark for ANY of your outdoor landscaping, pergola, hardscapes.

Wonderful job! Jim and Mark along with the Landmark crew did an amazing Job. After numerous disastrous landscaping companies in the last four years, it is very refreshing to discover a high quality, prompt and professional landscaping company. My biggest regret is not using Landmark in the beginning...and the wasted $000's with subpar landscaping companies. Landmark is a full service landscaping company; mowing, trimming, landscaping, hardscapes, pergolas, and sprinkler installation and care. I would HIGHLY recommend Landmark Landscaping.

We are very happy with the work and advice. They provided complete instructions on how to care for the new trees, cleaned up all the mess from planting and finished the job surprisingly fast. The crew was polite and worked until the job was done. They even cleaned up a little mulch that had spilled in the street. Would recommend Jim and the Landmark crew. Their prices were fair and the work was done on time and to our satisfaction.

We've used Jim's Landmark services for around 10 years and found him to be responsive to any questions or concerns if we have them. His crew does a good job of mowing and trimming; there is an occasional accidental clipping of the guidewires we use to help trees grow more upright, but few other issues have ever occurred. During droughts in the summer we're requested that our lawn not be mowed, which has never been an issue. He has also worked on hardscapes around our home although that was several years ago. He did a fine job and his work has held up well, not needing any new maintenance since it was installed.

He charges us whenever he does a service. He does a lot of things for us like cutting the lawn and trimming bushes, and plowing our driveway in the winter. The price depends on how bad the driveway is. He gets here pretty quickly and I thought he did really well given the weather yesterday. He is usually here right after the snow starts and keeps it clean. Sometimes he brings extra help in the summer but not very often. He is very efficient, he has all the right equipment, and he does an excellent job. He’s been working for us for about five years. I’d say his pricing is very competitive and he is always where he needs to be right on time. He is just a really good guy.

I use Landmark Landscaping on my house and 5 other properties that I own also. It is a small operation but they are extremely dependable and the work is very good. They listen to what I want and get the job done in that way.

We hired a landscape architect to create a design for our front and side yard. The LA recommended using Landmark Landscaping for the job. Jim met with our LA to discuss the project, then came to our house and provided a quote- he was very professional and just a nice guy overall. We discussed ways to reduce the cost- he then provided us with revised quotes to meet our needs. The LA was involved with the project throughout to make certain they were following his plan. Jim worked with the concrete company to remove our existing walkway and create a new one. They dug a trench through the yard and created a drain to take water away from the house. Transplanted many of our existing plants and brought in new shrubs and trees. Installed a drip irrigation system to make it easy for us to keep up with watering. Overall, they did an amazing job on our yard! The neighbors even commented on how hard they were working throughout the day! We would not hesitate for one second to recommend them to anyone.

It is a one man show. He is polite and nice, he takes care of anything we need. He is very good. He is good about listening to what we want. He cleans up well when he is done with the work.
