It went very well and better than expected. They were professional, on time and efficient. they did a big job in a short time. I dedicated the whole day thinking it will take them a long time. Fortunately, they were in and out in half the time and you wouldn't know I had anybody working in the house a minute after they left. They protected the area very well. They cleaned up after themselves that I didn't even have to clean anything after they've left. Excellent service.

Charlie installed UV blocking film on a set of windows in my living room two years ago. Since it was fairly pricey, I wanted to make sure that the product worked and would last. I have been extremely happy with how those windows remained clear, the film did not peel at all, and most importantly, the piano directly in front of the window has not faded. Therefore, I had Charlie come back out to add the film to the windows and door in my kitchen. He was working alone that day, and spent almost 2 hours on the prep alone. This is very important so that no dust or fingerprints are trapped behind the film. He worked neatly and did not leave any mess at all. I am very happy with Custom Window Tinting and recommend the company to all Angie's List members.

He was very professional, reliable and responsive. I got other estimates and Charlie's was the best. He did an excellent job. He brought two workers with him. They were very nice, tidy and efficient. I would highly recommend them to others. His business was right down the street from me- which made it convenient for both us. I have a lot of chemical allergies and he was very accommodating and helpful in choosing the proper cleaning solution.

It went very well. I work from home as a medical transcriptionist. He went about his work and called me to look at the finished product. He explained about the bubbles in the film and that they would ease out as the job cured up. I did notice, however, a bubble that looked a little different and he corrected that area without any difficulty.

Great! Was on time when giving bid and work was completed when said would be completed.

From the prompt estimate to the final work performed Charlie and his helper were professional and we are well-pleased with the job. They cleaned up after themselves (there was water involved in the installation) and the results are beautiful. Charlie's recommendations helped us pick the right tint for our office, which faces south.

The owner was professional, pleasant and knew his product. I appreciated his showing me some alternatives with regard to types of tinting. He was on time for his estimate as well as his service. Being successful in sales myself, I know the traits of a good salesperson. Charlie was not pushy, yet he "asked for the business" professionally. He did exactly what he said. I was very satisfied with the way he answered my questions, particularly with regard to his background. He was prompt and clean in his work. I felt he was very trustworthy.

Called and left a message and a note to use email if possible. Had several emails on product availability and setting up a time for an onsite estimate. The sales representative was prompt, explained everything, and answered all questions. The owner, Charlie Rayne, installed our tinting. He was prompt, very easy to talk to, explained the process, answered additional questions. The work was finished very quickly and all materials, towels, and towels were removed. It really did reduce the dreadful glare. Everything that the other members of the Angie's list stated about this company was right on target!

Tony was very informative when he came to give me a quote on the tinting, taking time to explain a lot about window film. Their film is made and backed by 3M, so I chose it over two other companies' products. The Night Vision 45 film has a very nice, soft, slightly yellow tint, which is quite pleasing. The installers came punctually and were very careful with my furniture, window trim, and curtains as they installed the film. They cleaned up everything and were very pleasant to have in the house, as well. Once the film is in place, you can't tell it is there, but it blocks 99% of the furniture fading UV light. I am very pleased with the outcome. This was a medium priced film, considerably less expensive than the highest estimate I received. 3M furnishes the warranty.

Charlie's service was excellent. He answered our initial phone call and set an appointment with us for as estimate very quickly, but at our convenience. He and his partner arrived on time, did the work and cleaned everything up. We definitely will use again if/when the opportunity arrives!

Charile did a great job. It involved using scaffolding to reach the half-round windows and skylights. His work was very neat, and our windows look great. We used a new product I'd seen advertised, and it looks great up. We're planning to install the film on some additional windows.

Charlie and his partner (?Tom) were very friendly and courteous and worked diligently to get done. We love our window tint (it's not 1000 degrees in here anymore and the glare is gone). They did a fantastic job starting with the estimate and ending with the install. My only complaint is they were a little late on installation day, but called a bit after they were to be here to tell us about their delay.

They installed 3m window film on eight windows, including some very high.

Mr. Rayne provided information about the product and allowed us to make the decision. He was punctual, efficient in the application and very pleasant. I definitely will call on him again.

Charlie was professional, on time, did what he said and very thoroughly described what I was getting. And, the result is terrific! I can now enjoy setting in my sunroom on a sunny summer day, and it looks very natural. Also, Charlie has returned to resurface a window that had a tiny area where there were a few minuscule bubbles-at no charge. I am picky, and recommend this company to all my friends!

Overall experience was excellent. I dealt directly with the owner, who was nice, responsive, and punctual, and did the work himself. Everything went smoothly and I'd gladly deal with him again.

I've had window tinting before and I think he was more knowledgeable and neater than the others. I was really surprised by his promptness. He was very polite. I think I'll have more done by him.
