 + -1 moreThey have done our carpet for a few years now. I have not gone with another contractor but they do a really good job when they do come out. They are really professional about it. They prepare and make sure that nothing is going to stagnant the water on the floor. They do a good job at cleaning it up. They are pretty responsive. They get out here in 2-3 days. I know we have at least use them for about 4-5 years.

Description of Work: We have a 4,000 square foot home. We had them clean all of the carpets including the basement (deodorizer and protector) They originally quoted us at $444.55- then they over doubled the cost! (Around $1,000.00) The company then took off the second quote They were done in less than two hours- the work was not finished. There were still spots that I was able to get out of the carpet myself. When I called them to have them come back to finish the work, they mentioned they would have to charge us again. Not a good experience.

 + -1 moreTwo young men came to perform the services. They were very [polite and wore their "little booties" to prevent tracking up everything The service was efficient and well done. When checking the completeness of the job before the servicemen left , I asked them to clean under a bed, and area that might have been missed. The techs re-cleaned the area without excuses or complaints.When my budget permits, I will call this company again. , .

 + -1 moreI thought they were just in a rush from the time they got here and the time that they got out. I think they were here maybe a total of 20 minutes to get everything ready and to clean the carpet. There were two young gentleman who came who seems very nice. I just felt like they didn't really take the time that they should have taken. The carpet was really extremely wet. I didn't expect it to be that wet.
