+ -1 moreDerrick arrived within 15 minutes of the time he said he would be there. He was very friendly and explained to us exactly what he was going to do as well as about how long it would take him. His work was very neat and when he was all finished, you couldn't even tell something was just done. He cleaned up everything. We were very pleased with the whole process and the windows looked great. I would definitely recommend Derrick as he was pleasant and did a great job.
Description of Work: Tore out 4 basement windows of our rental which were glass framed in what looked like iron. Replaced them with new siliconed glass block windows, two with vents.
