He was on time. Did a great job and was reasonably priced. I just appreciate how easy he made it for me! Highly recommend him to others.

Shane was in the area on the same day I inquired, through home advisor, about having my irrigation system prepped for the winter. He was very prompt and courteous with his response (within an hour) and was able to work me into his schedule that day. His pricing is very competitive compared to other companies and he offers a discounted bundle for irrigation maintenance (spring start up and to winterize your system in the fall). I will be recommending Shane's Irrigation & Landscape Lighting to anyone interested in hiring a reliable company for their irrigation system needs.

Shane showed up on time. I inquired through Home Advisor and he called me immediately. He came out within an hour. Accessed my sprinkler system, spent quality time looking over everything, spent a great deal of time explaining the system to me and was polite, courteous and highly professional. Very responsive to my initial inquiry. Shane called and had a truck in the area so they were at my house within a couple of hours of my conversation with Shane.

My main sprinkler system was cut and water was running out as if it was a hydrant. It was a Saturday and I knew I was in trouble with finding someone. I didn't even know how to turn off the water to my home. I called several providers and no one answered. I then went to Home Advisor and Shane called me immediately. He told me how to turn off the sprinkler system without turning off the water to the home and even stayed on the phone while I did it. He said he would come out Monday or Tuesday to fix the problem. He was here on Monday! He fixed the problem for a reasonable rate. I was thrilled with his service and asked about his yearly service plans. Based on his service and price, I may go with Shane's Irrigation for my sprinkler service next year; I already paid another provider for this year. Shane really came through for this homeowner. Thank you Shane!

I should have asked more questions about what the TOTAL cost would be as it wound up being considerably more than what was originally quoted.

Shane responded to my Home Advisor request very quickly and stopped by same day since he was working in the area. I purchased a home with a 30 year old sprinkler system. Shane replaced the controller replaced the back flow,, replaced some non-working sprinkler heads. I also needed two valves to be replaced but he didnâ t have those with him. He needed to come back to replace those. I pre-paid for those and did have to call to remind him to come back to do that, but he did come back. He also performed the backflow test and sent it in to the city as required. All in all, I was very pleased, and will continue to have Shaneâ s irrigation perform the service on my system.

I called eight companies to compare prices and Shane's Irrigation and Landscape Lighting had the best value for activating, backflow testing, and winterizing my sprinkler system. Shane was patient to answer my questions and to walk me through how to operate my sprinkler system. He made necessary repairs to my sprinklers in a timely manner. Recognizing that I was on a budget, he suggested a number of cost-saving strategies for my sprinkler system, and I felt that he was "on my side." I plan to use Shane's Irrigation and Landscape Lighting for the future, and I highly recommend this company to others! :)
