 + -1 moreJoe Lord is a craftsman not a corporation. He manufactured on site the replacement gutter troughs and enlarged the antique downspouts. First rate always. Someone else replaced the rotten wood.
Description of Work: Replace and repair 1890s built in copper gutter system.

He worked on our property last summer under my supervision, and again today for repairs that were needed after a torrential storm. Quick, reasonable, knowledgeable and quite pleasant to work with. I don't even think of calling anyone else but Lord's. Thanks, Joe!
Description of Work: Repaired 2 downspouts, replace several S hangers that were loose and/or missing, fixed a leaking mitre, re-seal outside of 6 windows.

 + -1 moreI think he's very good but he can't do all of the work that's required, he's not a carpenter. For part of it, he's fine. I think he could fix the copper gutters. I didn't have any problems. I like him. The price was fair, but I'm still looking because I need somebody who can do the whole thing. The problem is I have an old fashioned type of gutter system that isn't used anymore. Joe Lord has a one-man shop basically. He was prompt. His price was more than fair, it was cheap. He knows what he's talking about. I do like that about him. He is familiar with old houses, familiar with those types of construction and not everybody is. He's professional.
Description of Work: Lord's Custom Gutters came out and gave me a good quote.
