.They were very punctual and took a lot of care making sure he had cleaned every spot in the carpet. He was very persistant in getting all the stains out. He took a lot of time and didn't charge any extra.

Everything went well. They are very flexible when it comes to scheduling, and they are reasonably priced.

Service provided was reasonable, price was not and billing was a nightmare. Company did not bill homeowner nor did they leave any contact info. After homeowner found the company and requested billing and documentation it took several weeks for them to respond. Billing was above reasonable and customary and has resulted in lawsuit instituted by vendor.

A total nightmare, at this point in time we have paid this company 12,000.00 and they are wanting several thousand dollars more. They have padded thier invoice with charges two and three times beyond the work done. They asked for our insurance deductible up front on our charge card (which should have been our first clue) we repeatedly asked for an estimate and they would not produce one, they were asked to stop the work until they could provide an estimate. At that point they charged our credit card for $2,000.00 and sent a bill to our insurance company for over 11,000.00, they then followed up with another invoice for nearly 20,000.00, the first invoice was called midigation and the second invoice was for restoration. For an area of 150sq feet their fees would nearly frame up a brand new home. I do not recommend this company. They maintain that we signed a contract with them, we have asked for them to send us a copy of this contract. We have been told that they faxed it to us twice, what they don't know is one of the numbers was going to our insurance company, neither the insurance company received a copy or did we. We have reported them to the BBB of Indianapolis. I just suggest that anyone and everyone stay as far away from this company as possible. We have been nearly five months with this nightmare and we are just now getting our house back together all out of our pocket....................because First Response wants the whole lump sum of the claim. Many years ago someone spilled red wine on our white living room carpet. We were so appreciative to them for removing that stain that that we called them later on the come and clean some furniture. They did a good job but I thought they may have been a little expensive.

Very prompt in scheduling and returning calls. We have used this company in the past and have found them to be superior vs. some of the chain/franchise companies that we have tried.

It all turned out fine and they were very courteous.

They can get ink, they can get oil off my carpet. They can do it all.

I made an appointment and they scheduled their service around my schedule.

They did an excellent job of cleaning and worked on some nasty stains in our great room. Came back out to work on some spots that worked back up.

They did a GREAT job. Cleaned 3 extra area rugs for free; put on a stain repellent as part of the total cost (no extra cost). Very efficient, courteous, neat. Arrive when indicated. We would highly recommend them.

Langenwalter is a great company. They had to come back twice because the stain kept rising to the top of our dense carpet, but they did so without complaint and without charge.

Since our carpet was non-nylon there is no cleaning gaurantee. They got a alot of the spots out but because of the carpet itself, it did not get quite as clean as we hoped. The employeees of Langenwalter were extremely professional and overall I was satisfied with the work.
