+ -1 moreKMI was prompt to arrive. Kyle the owner, technician was clean cut and well mannered. He was very knowledgable and thorough. His work was impeccable. I will definitely be using this company again for and hvac service I need.
Description of Work: We have used KMI for both maintenance of our hvac unit and repair. The latest visit was to get our heating unit cleaned and ready for winter.

+ -1 moreKyle did an excellent job and ever since he performed the work, our house has better air flow and there is a lot less dust. I certainly would recommend him to take care of any HVAC needs!
Description of Work: I had Kyle add some cold air returns and other ductwork in my house. Also the way my furnace was setup there was not a good place for a filter. He fabricated a metal box on site to fit and hold a 20X20 filter.
