Great service and prompt too!

These are really good guys; fair, honest and hard workers. They gave me a quick, on the spot quote and told me exactly how the work would be done. Beau was very helpful in explaining the process and the physics behind the technology. They were able to schedule us exactly when we needed them and showed up on time. They did have an equipment failure but they went above and beyond to get the issue resolved so that the job was completed in a timely fashion. My only suggestion is that they improve their communication with the customer. Overall I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

They were very prompt in scheduling an inspection and providing a quote. Ended up hiring another company mainly because they didn't have a good way of addressing the issues with our north facing walls

The estimate process was very good and I received the estimate right away.

Cody came out and gave me a quote, and we scheduled the work date. I added some items, and he was able to work everything in. He came out on the day we scheduled and completed all the work to my complete satisfaction. He also filled some woodpecker holes on the other side of the house at no extra charge. Very professional, and completely helpful. Would hire again for any job.

Cody from IRPC was extremely easy to work with. He missed my call but responded quickly and was out for a estimate the next day. The job was completed on time and done right the first time. I plan on using IRPC again next summer for some animal removal. I would highly recommend them.
