Larry was very prompt for the appointment to do the inspection and estimate. He did a very thorough inspection and then provided pictures of what he found and recommendations for repairs and encapsulation. He answered all my questions and concerns. I hired them to do the project and the three men he sent out were very nice. Christian was the foreman and Austin and Andrew were his helpers. Overall they did a good job. I inspected the crawl space after they were completed and found a few issues with spray foam insulation that was done on the band board and a couple of other minor issues. I called Larry and he came out right away and looked at my concerns. He came out with the crew a few days later and gave them some training and went over the issues that were wrong and he made sure that it was all corrected. I would hire them again in the future and recommend them to anyone needing crawl space work done.

Just purchased our existing home that needed repairs to the existing crawl seal and replacement of some of the block piers that were repaired incorrectly by the previous owners. Indiana Crawl Space provided excellent service. Larry was very knowledgeable and professional.

Larry and his crew were able to do our work two weeks after he was out to give us the estimate. He said it would take three days and that is how long it took. They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up each evening. The humidity in our crawl space was very high and is now where it should be. We had five different companies out to look at our crawl space. Some wanted to do extra things we felt were not necessary and others thought less should be done than we thought needed to be done. Indiana Crawl Space Repair was the company we choose because Larry was very knowledgeable and honest.

This project went very well. crew arrived on time worked a day and a half. When finished showed me before and after pictures of the area.

Crew arrived in a timely manner 1 day for 5 days and outline projects to be accomplished each day. Each day job site was properly cleaned up. Wife commented on how well mannered crew members were.

Appointment was established after home sale so work was delayed a few weeks from estimate. Water damage and mold was located under two front arched windows. Mold was treated / removed & Box headers were repaired / replaced (4 in one window / 2 in another) along with sub flooring support. Timbor was then sprayed along new wood before 3-2-1 Primer was applied. Area was protected with tarp prior to work starting and guys ensured entire area was completely cleaned before they left. Larry ensured that owner viewed work and he explained repairs / treatment that was accomplished.

Larry, Jeremy, Jarod and David were all very knowledgeable in what they do, which made the work go very quick and smooth. Larry and the guys went beyond the agreement added a couple piers, and a support to do the job right without adding any extra charges, Very good group of guys team.

I have a wooden support column that needs to be replaced in my garage that holds up a large part of the house above it. I was afraid that I might have had to cut a hole in the floor and pour a new concrete foundation for the support to sit on, When this company came out to look at it they told me that the minimum he would be able to charge for his whole crew to come out and do the work would be much higher than I could get a competent carpenter to do it for. The price he would have to charge us to do the job was what we thought it might be and were prepared to spend it and pobably would have never known the difference. It was nice - and I might say, refreshing - tobe told that I could get it done for a third of the cost. It is nice to see integrity and honesty in a world where you see it less and less.

I was extremely happy with how much quality work I got for my money. They did exactly what I asked and are very professional with a ton of knowledge. I was very impressed with the transformation of my crawlspace. My floors are not only level but solid. The winter draft I was experiencing with the cold floors is now gone. I can finally move under my crawlspace with it dug out and its clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a crawlspace nightmare like mine.
