Called Larry Ralph and he came out the next day for estimate. He inspected both crawl spaces and listened to my concerns then gave me his recommendations to deal with a possible spring at foundation wall He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me his thoughts on dealing with the water problems. And then did something that no other service provider has done before. He didn’t try to sell me something that probably wouldn’t stop the water from coming in without costing over 10 thousand dollars. With his advice I was able to control the water with a new sump pit that I did myself. Kudos to Indiana Crawl Space Repair. Truly they are a trustworthy company. I highly recommend them.

they worked very well as a team. no goofing off. they cleaned up after themselves. respectful, polite. explained what had been done. they also found a problem with existing plumber installed sump pump and fixed it.

From beginning to completion of job everything went quickly and on schedule

It went very well. I called them on a Tuesday (the day after the plumber alerted us to the problem that caused frozen and broken pipes). They sent someone to examine the crawl space on Thursday. We accepted the estimate and put us on the schedule a week later -- much sooner than we expected given how many problems the cold weather had allowed to come to the fore. Workers arrived promptly on the scheduled day and did the work in two days as indicated in the proposal. They put down plastic so they wouldn't track dirt into the house. They were clean, friendly and professional.

Every interaction was handled promptly and professionally. The technician who did the inspection and quote was right on time and willing to explain the details of what needed to be done. The office person who did the scheduling and communication was personable and efficient. The technicians who performed the work arrived on schedule, showed the completed work to me and took time to fine-tune one item that we noticed during the review. The owner sent an email the following day to follow up on the work and ask how it went. What else could I ask for?

The crew was punctual, arrived as scheduled, let us know each day what had been done and what remained; answered all our questions as the project went forward. They finished on schedule, the job site was cleaned up, and the crawlspace looks outstanding. The only thing to note is that, among the three estimates we had obtained, ICR does not do electrical work so you will need to add a few hundred dollars to install an outlet for the sump, if you don't have existing one.

I requested service online and was promptly called by Erica, who was very friendly and got my service scheduled. Andrews crew came out when scheduled and got the work done efficiently. They did a really good job. I can't believe how clean the crawl space is now and the floors are finally solid. The price was very reasonable.

They installed 68 "sister" joists and new sill plates while leveling everything. The drainage system consisted of a new pit and sump pump, a trench around the perimeter with perforated pipe covered with rock and then a vapor barrier over the entire area.

The drain pipe is inside. They are good. The price is too expensive.

Great! Hated to spend money on this but it had to be done, they couldn't have been nicer! They were on time, protected our floors and did a great job! I even hosted friends that same night!

Indiana Crawl Space repair recommended a perimeter drainage system along with a new sump pump and basin. They did not try to pressure me to buy something I didn't need, but rather broke down the quote into what was needed to solve the immediate problem (drainage system and pump), along with some optional future upgrades I could consider and/or save up for (encapsulation and dehumidifier). I had three estimates done for the same work, and this was by far the most affordable. Once I decided to move forward with the drainage system, sump pump, and basin, they were able to be onsite quickly and finished the job in less than two days. They also cleaned out the insulation mess, screened off the vents to keep the animals out, and ran a fresh new vapor barrier. Since the work has been completed, it has been raining for several consecutive days causing a lot of flooding in the area. I keep peaking in my crawlspace. It’s still dry!

The price was much better than others and they were able to schedule within a couple weeks. They worked quickly and neatly. Highly recommend.

Jared was very helpful in assessing what work needed to be done to fix our water issues in the crawlspace. The work was scheduled about 2 weeks out, and the guys showed up early, and even finished the job a whole day earlier than expected. The crawlspace looks great, and we're very happy with the work and service that was provided.

Four men arrived early and went right to work. All insulation was pulled out, bagged and taped and hauled away. They came back for day 2 and spread the plastic, stone, installed new sump pump, dug the pipe line for the french drain, and replaced sod back in the ground over the pipe. They finished midday and cleaned everything up. We were very impressed with their work ethic. Kudos to them!

The floor joist repair required going into craw/ space on 90 day with high humidity. The workers did this cheerfully and professionally. Fixed all squeaks. The extended below around drain hoses were buried and sad replaced, looks great. Hard to see that anything was dug up.
