They are kind people, courteous, professional, and do excellent workmanship. My hot water heater emptied it's contents into my house in the middle of a holiday weekend. They could have gouged me on price, and didn't. Instead, Dean arranged for Chad P. To arrive in under 2 hrs. He did beautiful pipefitting, installed a new hot water heater, and was done in efficient time. I will not use any other service from now on. Hudson Plumbing is the best.

We called and left a message about our clogged sewer line in the evening after hours. Keaton called us back at 7:00 am and said he would have a tech out in an hour. Billy was friendly and knowledgeable. He called us, and showed up and did an excellent job. He tried to clear the line and found another problem. He had to drive back to Martinsville and get other equipment and came back. They did not charge us an additional fee. And because he discovered the reason for the break, the company who put their line in under our sewer line (causing our problem) agreed to pay the bill. So, no cost to us. As owners of a small business also, it was nice to have hardworking, professionals doing the job they said they would do until completed. The price was reasonable and they traveled from Martinsville to Franklin. The four other plumbers (we know personally) that we called in our hometown did not even return our call. We highly recommend Hudson and will use them again. Great job guys!

After talking with several plumbing companies about a water pipe that was leaking, Hudson was the only company that could come out that day. The other companies could not fit me into their schedule for at least four days. Hudson gave me a fixed repair estimate over the phone which I thought was maybe a little expensive but I was willing to pay it so that I would not have to shut off my water for four days. The repair took a little longer than they expected plus they replaced a shut off valve that was faulty yet did not charge more than the original fixed estimate. Everyone I talk to at the company from the receptionist to the estimator and the plumber that came to my house were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company!
