+ -1 moreI contacted Elliott to come put and repair some exterior wiring. The employee was on time, friendly but I did not feel he really knew what to do other than to tell me it was "a bigger jib" than he expected and that he would have to recontact me after Thanksgiving to reschedule. Two (or three business days, ( depending on if you count the day after Thanksgiving ) have passed and I have not heard from them. I am going to seek anther provider based on my confidence level with the person they sent out being low and their lack of any timely follow up.
Description of Work: I needed some exterior electrical work done on my landscaping lights

+ -1 moreThey were prompt, very courteous, and very knowledgeable. They fixed the problem and talked with the electric company with great respect. It was an urgent situation and they were really attentive.
Description of Work: We used John Elliott of Elliott Electric for electrical services. We have a mobile home that had electrical issues and we were told by Duke that it was our responsibility and the other guy said he couldn't do anything necessary but Elliott did, and then they both got down here together and could understand better.
