+ -1 moreHe started the work without a building permit, put a footing in without building inspection being done. Building inspector came and issued a cease and assist order, did not get a building permit, he does not have a license and is not bonded and not insured. Building inspector issued me a notice of violation order with nine violations #VIO07-04251 and dated 10/30/2007. I have tried to call Charles Saylor and I am unable to get a hold of him and the building inspector cannot get a hold of him. He left a hole in my chimney, there is water damage to my house. I had to hire another roofer to come and seal that at a cost of $1400.00. He did not install the roof operator safely. Roof has to be redone. He never picked up and cleared away any debris from his mess, I had to hire another contractor to clean up his mess at a cost to me of $350.00.
Description of Work: He was contracted to build a sunroom.

+ 1 moreHIS WORKERS WERE EXCELLENT. IT JUST TOOK LONGER THAN WE EXPECTED. HE HAD MANY JOBS GOING AT THE SAME TIME -- BUT WORK WAS VERY GOOD.
Description of Work: WE CONVERTED A SUN PORCH TO A SUN ROOM WITH HEATING AND AC. CEILING WAS RAISED AND FINISHED WITH WOOD. NEW PELLA WINDOWS AND DOOR ADDED.
