If you want the best looking patio on your block then CD & Son Concrete Inc is who you need to call! We just recently had them pour our back patio and add concrete onto our driveway. From getting the quote to getting the work completed, the communication was top notch and very professional. The owner Dean walked me through every step and even made sure to lay wood down to protect our lawn! Dean also has the best concrete stamper around Chris! It was worth every penny for them to get this completed. Our kids and family love it already so much! The pictures of the patio says it all and they don't even give it justice the work that was put into it! I want to add that others have added concrete onto their driveways in my neighborhood, but ours is the only one that matches our driveway perfectly in color and texture! So I highly recommend them for all your concrete needs!

We have used Dean for 3 projects: driveway, stamped concrete patio and replaced cracked concrete pad. All have been done on time and were amazing!! They are professional, within our price range and went above and beyond our expectations. We have recommended them to family and neighbors who have also hired them and have been just as Happy!!!!! You will not be disappointed. If I could give higher than 5 ⭐️ I would!

Dean and his guys are the best. We felt like we were a priority and the amount of work done over the 4 days was outstanding. Almost 4,000 square foot driveway - 6 concrete trucks. They were done in 3 days and we couldn't be happier. The number of people from the neighborhood that have stopped and said how great the drive looks has just amazed us.

Not good. The new driveway was poured on July 30, 2021. In March 2022 I noticed a large amount of flaking of the concrete driveway. After calling CD & Son contractors, they came out and looked at the driveway. They left quickly, after reading the contract again, I noticed they have a clause stating were they are not responsible for flaking or similar problems to the concrete. They had no problem taking $5800 but had no intentions of producing a quality product. I am 77 years old and retired, $5800 is a lot of money and spending this amount of money you expect a quality product.

Excellent. The whole team was punctual, thorough, and tidy--and fixed a calculation error to my benefit before I even caught it. I recommend them enthusiastically.

I hired CD & Son Concrete to remove an old concrete patio and lay a new, much larger patio. They did the work in a day and a half & I couldn't be more pleased with the result. The new patio is beautiful and they cleaned up everything before leaving. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They came out in June 2018 to do the work and informed me that the backyard needed to be graded in order for the patio to drain properly. They do not do grading work. (I do not know why they did not tell me this when they quoted the job). I hired someone to do the grade my backyard which was not done until November of 2018. I called when the work was done and they would never return my calls. From the end of 2018 through 2019 I must have called them 30 ++ times and left voice messages. No one would return my calls. I finally hired Lasting Impressions to do the work and they came out when promised and worked fast and efficient. They completed the job in 3 days.

It went excellent, very nice and professional. Great communication. They seal there work when done. This is a excellent company that does excellent work. Very highly recommended!

I hired CD & sons back in Feb to come out this week to rip out my back stairs. My job is time sensitive dt having foundation work starting next week. Dean said at the start of the process that it would not be a problem and he would stop a project to come by to take out my stairs. Last week I texted to confirm they would be here and was told Monday. Sunday I texted to confirm again and was told Tues. Today I was told that they are very far behind because of the rain and maybe I should find someone else. I reminded them that I had to book a month in advance to get this week and was told this would not be and issue. I was hung up on. I attempted to call back twice and it went to vm. This now means I need to call and canc my foundation work scheduled for next week.

Excellent all the way around. Great customer service and the quality of work is perfect. Always arrived when they said they would. cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't get a better price anywhere.

Amazing! This father son team are professional, courteous, reasonably priced and hard workers. They came, they saw. they worked hard, they cleaned up and they left! I am soooooo pleased with the work they did! I love looking out my window and seeing this beautiful space for my shed! It was really a pleasure to do business with CD And Son. I called, they came out, gave me a quote and we were on our way. Also, my yard was cleaner after they left! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing some concert work! Super nice guys!

Our initial encounter w/ Chad was good. We got 3 quotes from different companies, CD & Son was actually the highest $$ but we felt they would do the best job so we hired them. Initially we were happy w/ all the work they did. However, less than 1 year later our driveways' surface is crumbling. We initially contacted Chad via voicemail on 5/21/18 & he called & said he would stop & look at it. He did not. Subsequent calls were not returned. On 6/25/18 we sent him a text w/ picture of driveway. He responded w/ "will have IMI Quality Control look at it". No one came out. Since then, he has not responded to calls or texts. Due to quality issues & lack of response, we DO NOT recommend this company.

I submitted request via the company’s website and they were very responsive about setting up an appointment for giving me a quote. I was given a few options for different types of finishes and there were examples of finished jobs on the website to help with color selection. I had some difficulty getting calls returned when the time for installation was approaching, so I would recommend sending messages via the website - that seems to work better. I was out of town while the bulk of the work was done but the finished product looks great! Good quality and craftsmanship.

I signed a contract in March to do a full driveway replacement in advance of a May house closing. The boss was all smiles and assured us that they did each job in the order it was contracted. They estimated it would be three weeks before they could get to it. As the time neared, I checked in to confirm dates and was told that wet weather had set them back. The closing date came and went and I provided the buyer that the work would get done. On May 7 we were told it would be another week and a half. Then no word. After that, there has been no response to two subsequent queries.

Last time I got a stamped concrete patio, I went with someone less experienced that only cost $10 per sq ft. This time I got 3 quotes from people rated highly on Angie’s List. So I was confident they would do a good job. I picked CD and Sons because their price was simple and reasonable. The other quotes were overpriced ($18 per sq ft) or they wanted to charge me extra for steps out of the house and site prep. CD and Sons also seemed the most willing to work with me to deliver exactly what I wanted. Dean and Chris did an excellent job. They worked really hard and were always very professional. One of the most important things to me was the quality of the stamp. Chris did an excellent job. I was really impressed with how much better it looked than my last patio. They also did a nice job texturing the sides of the steps. I wished they put a cover on the side of the house to protect it from the release. I will need to repaint some of the white trim. Had I asked, I have no doubt they would do it. They were always very accommodating of any request I made. I would definitely hire them again.

Dean was excellent to work with. He is professional and his crew is also friendly and professional. They performed the work nearly a year ago and everything is still great. The floor has a great slope, nice finish, with no imperfections. I'd recommend them to anyone. I will hire them again when I'm ready to complete other concrete projects.

Was quoted 3 to 4 week scheduling depending on weather. Was also quoted an additional $150 if I wanted to use a stamp they did not have. Initially, I had a very hard time getting them to answer phone calls. Once I got their email address communication flowed better. After 5 weeks I had to leave town for 2 weeks so I requested to be scheduled first thing after I returned. I was told they could not do that. A few days prior to returning I contacted them to find out the schedule and price. I was told I could not be scheduled for at least 3 weeks and the price would be $900 higher. After much haggling, they agreed to abide by the original $150 extra but were not able to improve scheduling. We agreed to part company.

Dean came and did an estimate. He gave me a time of three weeks out before he would be able to do the work. I called later with additions to the original work estimate. He returned my call promptly with a new estimate. He called and wanted to know if he could start one day early. Starting early in the construction business is not an everyday occurrence. The work was started on Tuesday afternoon and was finished Thursday evening. All I can say is GREAT WORK! A true craftsman that displays pride in trade that he has chosen. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the finished product.

Dean and his employees did a great job and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Because of weather, the work took slightly longer than anticipated, but Dean kept us updated the entire time. Dean listened to our ideas, made suggestions based on his experience, and gave us a very competitive quote. His company is one of the few that doesn't ask for money before work begins. Dean encountered some unexpected challenges and handled them professionally, with our satisfaction as his ultimate goal.

They did a fantastic job. The finished patio exceeded my expectations. My backyard is sloped downward from my back door. I wondered how they would make the patio level. I was reassured the patio would be level when completed. It certainly was! They stamped the concrete to make it look like stone and it is beautiful! The completed patio is far more than I could imagine! I am happy with the work they did and I would recommend them and use them again.

Dean and Chris were highly professional and were very confident about being able to fix the damage the previous provider caused. Three other providers said that the concrete could not be removed from my walkway, but Dean assured me he could get it off. We did have a back-up plan just in case, but it wasn't needed. They were able to remove the concrete and restore my walkway. The new steps they poured were solid, even, and they look great. They offered the best price for the replacement steps, as other companies' estimates had increased significantly between my original step replacement and the second replacement needed because of the poor work that I had previously had done and the subsequent extra work required to start over. They were responsive, prompt, showed up when they said they would, and had the job done in 2 days. This was great, especially considering the previous provider left me with no entry steps for almost a month. I highly recommend them, and I hope I can find someone as qualified as CD & Sons to repair the remaining damage the previous provider also caused to my house and siding.

CD & Son Concrete did an amazing job removing our old driveway and installing a new concrete driveway. Dean, the owner, responded very quickly after we requested an estimate and was very professional throughout the entire process. The job was completed in a very timely manner and we are very satisfied with the work that was performed. We will be using CD & Son Concrete again to replace our front porch and will recommend them to family and friends.
