Richard was very professional, thorough and after inspecting the property, he went through the report with me to explain what he’d found. I finally received the answer as to why I had a problem in the home. I will call him from now on for a great home inspection.

Ricky, at Attic 2 Crawl Inspectors, was an extremely professional and thorough inspector. I hired him for a full home inspection that included septic tanks. He spent hours in and around the house looking at every small detail and answered every question that I had. The report was completed and sent to me within a day which is much faster than I had anticipated. He is the only inspector that I could find that would work with my and the homeowners schedules. He is very quick to respond to texts and I would highly recommend him to anyone. If I ever need another inspection I will be contacting him. Thank you Ricky!
