We bought everything and just wanted someone to install it for us. We chose to go with someone more local because it was a little less expensive with the other individual. I didn't have a problem with the price he dropped due to his professionalism and years of experience. I think that was the cost difference because he had so much more experience and the travel distance. Had money not been a factor and my wife being pregnant and getting ready to have a kid I would've chose him in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Artisan Builders & Custom Woodworking gave us an estimate for self leveling a concrete slab, installing a vapor barrier, and installing approximately 150 square ft. of tile.
