I was charged for removal of old insulation and install of new insulation for 1760 sq ft in my attic. The back area of my attic which is over my bedrooms consist of about 480 sq ft. This area was not touched at all. I have tried several times to this resolved but I keep getting the run around. I should be refunded for the work not done. I have tried and tried to get them to come back and finish the job but this has not happened, I just want a refund for the area that was not touched. I am very stressed over this whole ordeal and will never recommend this company to anyone ever.

IRPC employees were right on. Very considerate and service orientated. Work was completed in timely fashion plus installation will provide an R37 insulation value to older home and a small tax shelter.
