 + -1 moreThey were able to take down the tree with no damage to the house. This was done back in the winter shortly before the holidays. We had already paid for both the removal and the stump grinding. Throughout the winter they were unable to come out and do the grinding due to the weather. We have been trying to contact them ever since to come back out and finish grinding the stump. On a few occasions we had an appointment set up which they missed. At this point they are pretty much avoiding us. It is over 4 months later and we still have a large stump left in our front yard. I've been calling every day since early February and have only spoken with him a couple of times.
Description of Work: We contracted them to remove and grind down the stump of an old birch tree.
