+ -1 moreNot good at all!! The hired REPAIRMEN DID A GOOD JOB!! I canceled all with SEARS after i opened a Plan that they canceled the next day, SEARS still owe me for the money ($470.00+). A local clerk must have somehow ended up with the money we paid for a five year contract that someone besides us canceled the next day. We are still trying to get our money back! I will never deal with them again. They are on my BLACK LIST🌑🌚⚫️-▼❗️❗️✭Just SEARS!
Description of Work: I had a SEARS PROTECTION PLAN that was wonderful! For several years they had their own Sears repairmen working when we were in our big home. Once a year they would come to check each appliance -or if a part was needed anytime they would replace -no charge. When we moved into our new condo, they would check all the Kenmore Appliances. That was the same good service as before until all of a sudden, calling Sears to schedule appointments was an all day process of being put on hold or hung up on!. We paid Sears for a 2 -5 year Plan about 20 years! I'm reporting on only ✭ SEARS CUSTOMER PHONE SERVICE, not Repairmen!!

+ -1 moreServiceman came to inspect/ repair refrigerator ice maker. He had us pay for parts in advance and told my wife it would take several hours to repair ( we paid a portion of that in advance also) because he told us it was complicated and the door would have to be removed in order to repair / install maker parts. Couple days later , the new part arrived and my 25 yr old mech engineer recoknized how simple it looked. He installed part in less than 5 mins (couple screws) without having to remove door. Ice maker functioning perfectly ever since. I called/ complained of servicemans false prognosis and received no concern
