Description of Work: I used this service to diagnose and fix my water heater. It went well considering the failure of my water heater to function was caused by dust. They took the time to educate me on the location of the filter and how to remove and clean it.

+ -1 moreI liked that they were able to come out right away. They were honest with me and they did the job; they knew what they were doing. My furnace was under warranty so there was no charge for the work that was done on it. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.
