I asked them to put in an air intake pipe and the installer/owner said I didn’t need one. My unit is in a small closet with a gas water heater putting a risk to sucking in carbon monoxide. I called again and asked if they would come out and put one in like I asked before and they wanted to charge me extra money after already spending thousands of dollars with them. I would not recommend them they took all the short cuts the could. They also had it draining straight down into my crawl space without running PVC to my sump pump. I would look into hiring someone more professional.

What can I say.. the whole process from start to finish was painless.. moved into our new house.. 3 attempts to get it installed failed my guy put me in contact with IGIT and within the week they were there and had me a quote..that following week they were there! Very professional and trustworthy group of guys.. they kept me in the loop and every time I stopped by to see how things were goin the guys would walk me through and show me all the progress.. will be recommending them for any of my peoples future needs

Terrible! Owner lied multiple times and did such terrible work we had to pay another company 5,000 dollars to fix all of their mistakes. They also incorrectly put a return vent in the wall between the garage and house which which allowed carbon monoxide into the house from the cars in the garage.

They were on time, very efficient and did a fantastic job.

I like them as well as the price. I like friendliness of the service and the flexibility. They're working with me.

They seemed very honest and had a low price. They showed up when they said they would. I've used them before.

I asked IGIT to meet me at an empty house to see if it was safe to start the gas furnace. They came a few minutes late (15). When they got there, they took the furnace apart and found that it was not possible to start it. They also noticed that the water heater was not working. They gave me a free estimate to replace both of these items and did not charge me anything. There estimate was below what the realtor thought I would need to pay. I really liked these guys. They seemed honest and gave me a good price.
